Testimonials

What did my clients write about their process?

Dominique H., 29 years old, Entrepeneur

“By increasing my body attention, I’m more aware of my needs and feelings.

I’m less likely to have blockages and tensions in my body, my mind is more clear, and when I notice that I’m stuck again in my pattern, it’s easier to sit and calm myself down.

I’m less angry, less stressed, I can feel better my emotions in the body and tell them apart,

and I’ve learned that being emotional doesn’t mean I’m weak.

I’m way more in control of my life now.”

Ben K., 29 years old

“I really felt this is the right therapy I need for this part of my life from the very first session.

In the beginning, I was not aware of what my topics actually were, or wasn’t able to communicate them as it was more abstract in my mind, but the longer we worked on my body sensations the clearer it gets.

I notice that it has already helped me in many situations where I have a direct comparison, where I reacted more relaxed and self-confident than before.

I am delighted with what I learned so far and totally see the benefit in all of this!”

How would you describe your process and its outcome?

The Grinberg sessions helped me a lot, because working into pain, combined with the breathing techniques, it released blockages.
Especially after the sessions, I was able to feel a flow of energy and light-heartedness all over my body. I feel better now and I’m trying to keep that feeling.

It shows you how to be aware of your body and emotions, in a sense that If you don’t feel okay and start placing this stiffness in some parts of your body sooner or later you will feel the consequences. Is a process I would definetly recommend to my family and friends.
